Change bed linens (at request) *Clean sheets need to be left on each bed
All bathrooms cleaned and sterilized
Kitchen thoroughly cleaning:
- clean and shine exterior of all appliances and inside of microwave
- wiping entire countertop
- spot cleaning cabinets
- sterilizing sink
- loading and unloading dishwasher if requested
Dust each room, including blinds, shutters, and window sills if needed (Ceiling fans periodically dusted)
All carpeted floors swept, including under beds and furniture if accessible
All hard floors vacuumed and mopped
Spot clean interior and exterior of all doors that lead outside if needed (fingerprints and "pet prints")

Deep Cleaning (Spring Cleaning)
Includes all Routine services, as well as:
Washing Baseboards (if accessible) and Doors
Hand wiping ceiling fans and all light fixtures
Dusting "high areas"
Washing walls (at request)
Move-Out or Move-In Cleaning
Includes all Deep Cleaning services, as well as:
Cleaning interior of oven
Cleaning interior of refrigerator
Commercial Office Cleaning
Empty trash
Dust furniture and office equipment
Dust blinds, ceiling fans, light fixtures as needed
Vacuum all floors
Mop all hard surface floors
Sterilize bathrooms and break room
Clean lobby glass doors and windows as needed
